Gary Miller is an attorney with experience in start-up ventures.  Besides representing and advising various small companies, he has begun several of his own ventures. Amongst other companies, he was founder and President of ClosingGuard.com, an online real estate transactional management site; where he raised over $9 million in VC money and managed a team of over thirty programmers and business development persons. Gary was also the CEO of Quadrant Funding, LLC, a mortgage company licensed in 5 states, managing over 40 brokers and processors; and CEO of GolfClubsAway.com, an online golf-club rental portal for travelers. 

Gary advises numerous clients on management techniques; provides outsourced business development; and, provides M&A and Strategic advisory services. Representing clients as diverse as a large real estate developer to a content provider for e-learning to Satellite provider, Gary has wide knowledge and contacts in multiple industries. More recently, Gary has been providing IP monetization services to small public companies.

Louis Libin is an expert in the development of wireless communications and has over twenty-five years experience in media management, from business and strategy development, project management for developing nations, to United States spokesman on wireless and interactive data systems the (ITU) UN in Geneva.  Well known as a professional advisor in the telecom, software and communications industries. Libin has advised clients regarding FCC issues for over two decades and has been instrumental in preparing and filing hundreds of FCC applications. Libin is the frequency coordinator for New York. Libin has been profiled in many newspapers and magazines, including the New York Times. 

Clients include General Electric, NBC, ABC, CBS, Turner, Olympic Committees (now Vancouver), equipment manufacturers, foreign governments and a myriad of media start-ups. Libin was the lead consult for the first AOL TV hardware. Libin also developed the first IPTV set-top box. Libin has successfully served as an officer or director of many companies and has brought alliances to a plethora of companies including General Electric, NetWolves, Andrea Electronics, Bioneutral, I2Telecom, Lumio (The virtual keyboard). Libin also advises various entities on communications projects; including,  the US State Department, NASA, the NFL, the NBA and  the USGA.
